Ramblings on Love
I believe a person can fall in love with anyone, no matter their sexual preference. Your heart doesn't care what your body wants, it just knows it found a soulmate. Many think there are several soulmates for one person. I don't happen to believe that, but, for argument's sake, I'll say it's true for a moment. How long did you live on the earth before you found your first soulmate? If you're anything like me, probably a long and lonely time. Now, how long do you think it'll take to find that second one...if you ever do? Will they connect with you as much as the first one did? Will you be able to open your heart and share with them all you did with the first? Will you regret giving up what you had before? What if that second one doesn't keep your interest very long and you can't go back to the one you left behind, how long will it be until you find that third soulmate? The fourth? It won't happen. Most times, life just gives us one true shot at love and many times, it isn't perfect, but it isn't suppose to be. If the love between two people never was tested, then how would they know how they truly felt for one another. If the road in a close relationship wasn't bumpy at times, neither would know the means and the lengths the other would go to keep them in his/her life. It's a struggle to make a relationship work. Each argument teaches you another thing about your mate, sometimes good, other times, not so good, but if you love that person, you have to love their faults as well.

True! I don't believe in the many loves thing either. Statistics show that the 2nd marriages never truly work anyways. I am glad that I found mine whenever I did. I didn't find my future "husband", or fiance until next May until I was 19 going on 20! lol
